REGISTRATION

Registrations will start of April 25, 2023, from 12h45 to 19h00. Please make sure to show the confirmation email (sent a few days before the conference) with your conference ID in order to be able to access the venue.

The confirmation email with your ID number will be asked in the security-check outside the venue. Please make sure you bring it with you either printed or in your mobile phone.

Once inside the venue, you will be able to collect your badge at the Conference Secretariat desk. Please wear your badge at all times during the conference.

If you cannot come and register on April 25, you can register the following days.

The procedure will be the same for the rest of the days. At the entrance of the conference venue, you will be asked to show the confirmation email with your conference ID and, once inside the Palais, you will be able to collect your badge.

We strongly recommend you to register Tuesday, April 25, from 12h45 to 19h00, in order to avoid crowds on Wednesday, April 26 morning.
