ACCESS AND SECURITY AT THE PALAIS

The security at the Palais will be very strict. In the main entrance to the venue, there will be metal detectors. Every time you want to access the Palais, you will have to go through this security check.

On the first day of the conference, you will be asked to show your confirmation email of your participation to the conference which will have a personal ID number for each delegate. You will receive this email a few days before the event.

Once inside the Palais, you will get your badge at the Conference Secretariat desk. Make sure to wear your badge at all times each time you want to access the Palais as well as inside the venue.

Please note that NO luggage will be permitted inside the Palais. Only small bags will be allowed.

There will be no bag storage or supervision inside the Palais. Therefore, every delegate will be responsible of their own bag.

Laptops are allowed inside the venue and each speaker is required to bring one for their presentation. There will be no laptops in conference rooms.
