Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations of the human arterial system are a potential tool to answer open questions about the initiation and progression of vascular diseases. Intracranial Aneurysms (IA) pose a special challenge due to their delicate location and the lack of measurements to enrich simulations [1]. Obtaining physiologically accurate flow profiles requires adequate heuristics to model boundary conditions. The goal of the underlying work is to assess the influence of different outflow boundary conditions and domain extensions on IA haemodynamics.
